Michelle + Dom are expecting and due any day now. We (including me and a few more of Michelle’s friends) are patiently awaiting the arrival of Baby Lemas. For the past nine months it has been a guessing game…boy or girl? This is the way to go for many couples. The anticipation of a new life and family member is beautiful and surreal in itself. I can’t even begin to imagine the other surprise that comes along with meeting your baby AND finding out the sex of your new little addition all at once. I mean besides, it’s fun, and it drives your friends and family crazy. And everyone gets super excited when you go into labor. If you do find out, don’t feel like you have to tell the world what you are having! At least let it be a surprise for the rest of them. 🙂

No matter what, most importantly this baby will be a healthy eater with parents that have dedicated so much of their lives to nutrition science. Both parents, are currently Post-doctoral Fellows at University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus making their dreams come true and starting a family.  Oh, how sweet it is…

Just a Happy Healthy Baby!

We are all praying for happy healthy baby with no complications and a painless as possible delivery:) While not knowing the sex of their baby, I imagine the actual birthing process to possibly make the pain a bit of a distraction with the excitement of the surprise!!! There is nothing better than that moment meeting your baby for the first time, after all that pain and hard work for the past nine months, and finding out if you have a he or she. Even better, makes the experience even more eventful for Dad as he proudly walks into waiting area with family members waiting with anticipation to proudly deliver the news to their family members.

It was an honor to photograph this milestone for you both. These moments are the most special blessings of life. Your life is forever filled with even more JOY than ever before!!!
