These three brought lots of energy to the set. There was jumping, dancing, flamingo poses and laughter filling the studio with joy!
Malloy is the oldest, very bright, confident and will be a lady killer! He is also gonna have to keep the boys away from his little sisters. 🙂
Myla just started kindergarten and is an amazing little ballet dancer. Look at that cutie pie!!
Willa just had her first Birthday and is one of the sweetest, most precious and content babies I’ve met.
Shermika and Oli are getting married!!
This adorable couple currently lives in Atlanta and they are to be married there this February. Shermika is originally from Birmingham, AL and Oli is from Jamaica!

We recently had the honor of doing another updated headshot and portrait session with the CEO and team of Cook and Bynum Investment Firm here in Birmingham.
The firm’s website was being updated, so the headshots were also due for a fresh updated look.
I’m a true believer that, a person’s portrait tells a lot about them. The right image shows confidence, personality, your passion for what you do.

For some companies, they want to keep a fresh updated look every 2-3 years. Companies also frequently have new hires and need additional photos to match the team’s current photos.
That’s the goal, and while I’m there I may be asked to take a few office shots or social shots or even re-shoot a previous photo due to their new looks.

I was asked to capture a group image of the attorneys that they could use for the Birmingham Business Journal, announcing the Mississippi law firm’s open office in Birmingham. We all agreed at the last minute that Railroad Park would be the perfect setting for these group shots. I’m so happy with the way it turned out.

Nourish creates and delivers delicious, fully-prepared & healthy meals across the country.
All of the entrees fit into the lunch or dinner category. They offer individual portions, couples portions, and family portions.
What sets them apart from other online companies such as Hello Fresh or Blue Apron? The greatest difference between Nourish and Hello Fresh/Blue Aporn is the meals are fully-prepared. You only need to pull the meal from your fridge and heat in the microwave or oven. There is zero preparation and zero clean-up. It is a level of convenience beyond the meal kits.
Nourish offers fully-cooked healthy meals delivered to you door, which is a godsend for some families where both parents work full-time or single professionals who still want to eat healthy, but don’t have time. Nourish meals offer many different options for individuals, couples and families. But their plans start at 5 meals a week for an individual, 3 meals a week for a couple, or 2 meals a week for our families, and go up from there.
The added convenience of knowing your meals will be couriered each Sunday (in the Birmingham area) gives me more family time instead of my usual Sunday of food prepping and grocery shopping for the week. Nourish also offers meals around the country, but focuses on the Southeast and these meals are shipped via FedEx.
